"I enjoyed Dancing Mindfulness with Stacia! This is a great resource for moving, getting in touch with your emotions, and releasing stress. The music selection during class made you want to move your body and was empowering."

"I've been suffering with migraines for the past month. I did have a mild headache at the start of class and after the stretching and movement and increased breathing and heart rate, my headache was gone at the end of class!"

"This class helped me make a connection between taking care of my needs- physical and emotional- and dancing, which has always been part of my identity. I've always found dance to be a kind of therapy, but especially lately, trying to overcome physical challenges, it's' easy to feel confused and not as satisfied by it. this class was a step for me to overcome that, and I really appreciated it!"
